As stated in my last newsletter, I strongly believe that phase four (recession) of the market cycle has now begun. Unlike April 2008, which came with a sudden halt from the UK banks, this has been a “boiling frog” downturn since 2022. With the government, media and property community, in general, talking about it, this tells us what I have been forewarning you about in my past two years of newsletters, bringing us all now, “Back to the Future”.

Especially in the first four years following the 2008 Global Financial Crisis, there were many live UK bootcamps that Rick Otton and myself presented the cash flow investing systems that we co-developed and I implemented personally since 2003.
During the whole time that we presented, there was never a time that anyone could ask a question that we could not answer. Why? Because Rick’s forte was in the mastery of marketing and communications, while mine was in business systems development from scratch (which was the case for us in the United Kingdom).
And because this was a lived experience, theory questions were replied to with actual experiences and having had legal support for the various strategies used.
During the whole time that we presented, there was never a time that anyone could ask a question that we could not answer. Why? Because Rick’s forte was in the mastery of marketing and communications, while mine was in business systems development from scratch (which was the case for us in the United Kingdom).
And because this was a lived experience, theory questions were replied to with actual experiences and having had legal support for the various strategies used.
Online Training
As we know, history does repeat itself. That’s why, for over two years, I’ve been preparing and forewarning, staying steps ahead rather than just reacting like so many so-called experts. But this is more than a simple replication online—many modules have been added or updated specifically for 2026, not 2008.

You can replicate what I do, and you don’t need to know everything about everything to get started. What I mean to say is, that strategy comes later, but that doesn’t stop you from marketing yourself, taking enquiries or speaking about potential solutions based upon the FREE course “How to Control a House on a $1 Deposit”.
