This month’s newsletter is a wake-up call for anyone in property investing—whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out.
We humans are creatures of habit. We resist change and like to see the world in black and white. Even in business news, you hear things like:
“The market will wait on the election.”
“Business activity depends on global events.”
Take a look at the life chart I’ve created. There’s one standout step that will push most people far out of their comfort zone.

Repeat Yourself
Ever feel like you’re running in circles? You wake up, get the kids ready, handle work deadlines, juggle family responsibilities, and think:
“There must be a better way!”
The truth is, the life you’re not satisfied with can become your comfort zone. I call it the “Repeat Yourself” cycle—and many never escape it until retirement.

Reinvent Yourself
Breaking free is harder than it sounds. It’s more than just learning property investing skills. You need strategies, marketing know-how, legal knowledge, building rules and regulations, and the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds within the world of real estate.
Even seasoned pros struggle. Old habits and conditioning make change difficult. In my career, introducing new methods often made me an outsider—but the results proved it was worth it.
Reinventing yourself is challenging—but rewarding.

Back To The Future
Some people feel reinvention is too much and gravitate back to what’s familiar. I call this “Back to the Future”.
At the We Buy Houses Learning School, we focus on helping repeaters become reinventors. I’ve automated the property and training side of my business to avoid burnout—and help you do the same.
Having been down this path, even experienced professionals often struggle to reinvent their conditioned minds. Property investors, lawyers, mortgage brokers, property educators, etc.—with what makes perfect sense to those with little property knowledge often being elusive to them.
Your “Back to the Future” moment doesn’t have to mean returning to your past life. It can be your next big step toward wealth and freedom.
